Client testimonials
“She made herself available to answer every question thoroughly.”
Bing is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. With a PhD in accounting, I felt confident she could handle any tax situation. What I appreciated most is that she personally works on your taxes, it’s not handed off to someone else, and she made herself available to answer every question thoroughly throughout and beyond the process.
First-time client
She was very patient with me and took the time to answer all of my questions. I really appreciated how clearly she explained everything and never made me feel rushed. It made the whole process much less stressful.
Multi-state
We usually do our own taxes with TurboTax, but this year things got more complicated… Bing made everything simple. She told us exactly what she needed, took care of the details, and made the whole process way less stressful. In the end, we owed about $1,500 less than what TurboTax was showing. She also really knows her stuff when it comes to multi-state taxes.
Overseas reporting
I have fairly complex returns (including Australian superannuation and overseas reporting)… Bing has been the polar opposite, transparent, upfront, helpful and I always feel supported and walk away with a) a clear quote and understanding of my upcoming returns b) timely filing and comprehensive reviews c) perfect returns.
Family trust
Ms. Luo provided excellent and timely services regarding the taxes I needed to file for a family trust. She provided prompt attention to my inquiries and was able to complete the filing sooner than initially predicted. The online portal she offers to her clients is easy to interact with and makes you feel you can reach out and be heard.
Bookkeeping
Bing’s been amazing for our bookkeeping and accounting. She knows what she’s doing and has saved us a lot of time and stress!
New small business
Bing is an amazing CPA! She has been such a source of comfort as I have transitioned after getting laid off from my tech job and started my own small business. Highly recommend!
Remote from day one
Bing communicated clearly and precisely, and when I wasn’t certain about something, she patiently offered helpful explanations. Overall, the process was simple, clear, and efficient. Even though we never met in person, her system worked smoothly and was easy to follow.
